Visiting Taylor's Bell Foundry & Museum
Visiting the Bellfoundry - https://loughboroughbellfoundry.org
Tours of the Museum and Works can be organised to accommodate a group of 10 or more people (maximum 35 people) subject to prior arrangement on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday throughout the year but this does not necessarily include a casting. The current price for a tour is £10.00 per head or £100.00 minimum charge - whichever is greater - commencing at either 10.00am or 1.30pm - regrettably we are unable to offer evening or weekend tours. The tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
Should a group wish to visit and have a tour it will of course be necessary to negotiate a mutually convenient time and date and complete a booking form as this is an Insurance and Health and Safety requirement. If you wish to book a group tour please contact Mary on 01509 212241 to check availability.
If there are only a few people wishing to visit then it is sometimes possible to join someone else's tour, please telephone Mary on 01509 212241 for availability of spaces on tours if this is the case and you are interested in joining a tour.
Currently the Museum is not open to the individual visitor and is only available as part of a tour.
