An Appeal to the Ringing Community

The project to restore Britain's last bell foundry by The Loughborough Bellfoundry Trust (Charity Number 1166562) is well underway, with building work scheduled to be completed before the middle of 2024. However, although the project was fully funded before Covid19 and the war in Ukraine, inflation now leaves us £250,000 short of the needed target.

The Ringing Community has been exceptionally generous and donations have flowed in since this recent request. We send our sincere thanks to all who have helped us, and would be pleased to receive further donations if anyone is looking for a worthwhile cause to send a donation to at Christmas.
