The ancient 9 cwt ring of three in this tower is to be restored. The treble will be conserved and hung for full circle ringing in the existing oak bell frame, and the other two bells will be conserved and hung dead on new chiming fittings.
* The bells are at Loughborough and work on them is proceeding.
* The bells have been conserved and cleaned by gentle sand blasting.
* The bells have been cleaned and the second bell welded.
* The new traditional fittings are being manufactured.
* Manufacturing nears completion.
* These bells will be rehung week commencing 16th October.
