Keeping our coastline and waterways safe for shipping still involves the use of buoy bells and Trinity House regularly orders new bells to be cast and tuned. Earlier this year we dispatched two new bells to the organisation and it has now ordered two further bells. Each of the bells will be 18" in diameter and weigh a little under 2 cwts. after tuning.
