The tower of this church houses a set of eight tubular bells, played from an Ellacombe type rack. An order has been placed for a major overhaul of the installation. All moving parts of the transmission and the quadrant securing beam will be refurbished or replaced as necessary. New stainless steel wire roping will be provided, together with new chiming ropes with woven woollen salleys.

Update

  • The fittings from these tubular bells have been removed and are at the Foundry for restoration.
    The fittings have been cleaned by sand blasting and are being prepared for engineering.
    All parts have been restored.
    All is ready for dispatch.
