This beautiful mediaeval church’s steeple houses a 22 cwt ring of twelve that date between 1797 & 1928. The entire installation was retuned and rehung in a new cast iron bell frame by Taylor’s in 1962.
The 7th bell has cracked and will be removed to Loughborough for recasting before it is rehung.
* The bell has been removed and the mould for a replacement bell is in preparation for casting in June.
* The bell has been cast and tuned.
