Jack Pease has written:- “All the bells have been tuned. Taylor’s have excelled in blending together five old bells, about half of which were sharp and the other half an equal amount flat of ideal, with a modern true harmoinic tenor bell. The ‘go’ of the bells is now first class, and they form a rather grand, but still characterful, six that will ring out for many years to come. Taylor’s have done a wonderful job”.
