The steeple of this church houses a 7 cwt six that were last rehung in a new cast iron and steel bell frame by Gillett & Johnston in 1954. A broken gudgeon has recently been discovered, and the headstock brought to Taylors for the replacement of the gudgeons and bearings from this bell.
