This mediaeval market hall in the centre of Moreton in the Marsh is undergoing a major restoration. Research has shown that its cupola formerly housed three clock bells – ting-tang quarters and an hour bell.
Late on in the restoration Taylor’s was approached to see if we had any suitable bells in stock as replacements. Three bells, largest weighing over 3 cwt, were available and have been supplied and hung.
This project has been completed.
