Halberton, Devon, The Parish Church of St Andrew.

The 17cwt six in this tower consist of a front five by Thomas II Mears dated 1841, and a tenor bell by Gillett & Johnston dated 1936.

The P.C.C. has placed an order for the bells and their fittings to be removed to Loughborough for conservation and tuning, and for the removal of their canons. New cast iron headstocks, with new gudgeons & bearings will be manufactured, and the bell wheels will be restored with new soling & shrouding. All other fittings will be newly manufactured and the bells will be rehung in a strengthened bell frame.
