The steeple of this church houses an 11 cwt ring of five, the work of three founders and dating between 1721 & 1740. After the construction of a new ringers’ gallery Taylor’s has been called in to rearrange the ringing circle to enable the ringers to stand clear of the tower walls. The bell ropes will be drawn using flapper boards, rope roller boxes and new ceiling bosses.
